From shock to surprise, Arvind looks ahead

BANGALORE: Sreenath Arvind was virtually shattered when he failed to make the trip Down Under for the Emerging Players' Meet last month following a side strain at the preparatory camp. This time, the ODI selection has come as a surprise to Arvind. "To befrank, I didn't expect this. Though my current focus is on CLT20, the selectionto the national team will act as a stimulant to work harder, both on my game andfitness," says the elated 27-year-old from Bangalore.
